SCHOOL

School is now our Prime objective. This school is located at the Delta of Sundarban, an underprivileged village of South 24 Parganas, West Bengal, INDIA. Where the life of Society is much stagnant, Children do not have opportunity to go to any good school. Many of them grow up without a purpose in life and in consequence they become Child labourers. Focusing to the whole situation and future welfare of those Children we have established an English Medium school at this area, but great challenges are lying ahead due to local circumstance and economical condition of local people. Despite, our crucial challenging effort will remain enforced.

Our school has been well recognized by the local people and local administration. We are putting best of our effort to bring up this school up to high school level on priority basis so that it may fulfil the long waited expectation of local people. This school has been dedicated to God in Memory of our beloved FR. ANTE GABRIC S.J., a pioneer Missionary from CROATIA who dedicated his whole life for the welfare of the people of Sundarban area, South Bengal, INDIA from 1945 until his death on 20th October 1988. His body is now resting in peace close to our school behind the local Church.

Hon. Sri. Debaprasad Jana (IAS), Member Secretary and Director of Sundarban Development Board and Hon. Sri. Subhas Naskar, Minister of Irrigation, Govt. of West Bengal, have unveiled the inaugural stone of this school in presence of other distinguish guests and local people on 12th June 2005.

The school is now in primary stage and we are looking forward to upgrade it to high school standard with the syllabus of I.C.S.E. Board. Well-wishers and friends are most cordially invited to join hands with us to bring up this school.
